LMS (Learning Management System)
Our LMS system has more than 6,000 online classes that any employee can take. These classes range from OSHA compliance courses to leadership development, among many others.
For our supervisors and managers, we have leadership courses that will help them guide their teams now and in the future.
There are onboarding programs in place for office employees (two days) and production employees (five days), ensuring everyone is 100 percent prepared to get started at our company. These programs include learning from presenters ranging from executive personnel to quality and safety experts.

Assembly Work Cell is a hands-on way to ensure new employees learn about tooling, production language and computer skills to be successful at Excel Industries.
